Continuing Education & Certification Training
Is knowledgeable of the brain injury long term supports and services, and how to use them to assure maximum participation in the home and community for each person served. Ensures that all residential LST/pantry/housekeeping employees adhere to the policies and procedures of the facility and that the Community Residence is in compliance with all regulations/standards governing Woods Services. Collaborates with Health & Wellness staff on any and all physical health issues of persons served as soon as they become evident. Plans and implements Community residence activities and supports those served to ensure attendance at program functions including off and on grounds medical appointments. Ensures that the daily program of the person served is consistent with their goals and maximizes participation in home and community activities.
